What Readers Have to Say

Of course children will love the story, but there is so much more to reveal here. Loved ones can utilize this book to touch upon the difficult topic of grief, while as a reading specialist I found it purposeful in my planning. The realistic fiction characters are relatable and all this while learning dinosaur facts. It takes a magical approach to difficult situations.
Lessons on Author’s Purpose, Character Traits, Theme, Fiction vs. Non Fiction Hybrid Texts were easily integrated using The Magical Adventures Of Bug and Pumpkin.
Great addition to any library.

Loved reading this book to my children. Love the fantasy and to see WHO they find.. Wonderful book and should be read to all children ages.. I can't wait for the next!

This book has an educational element and a super fun and entertaining story but the underlying purpose of helping children deal with the loss of loved ones through using their imagination is truly Magical!
