Hi, my name is Ronnie De Manna. I’m a husband, father, banker, and a Marine Veteran. By all accounts I think I’m a pretty ordinary guy.
My time in the Marine Corps equipped me with life skills but left me searching for ways to manage stress, a quest that took on new urgency as a father. I stumbled upon an audiobook about Meditation that let me experience what I call the “sound of silence”—a mind free from the tyranny of stressful thoughts. I was hooked, and began learning everything I could about Mindfulness to help myself and those around me.
My mission is to help everyday people learn practical, science-backed ways to deal with the inevitable stresses of life. We can’t always control what happens to us or around us, but we can always control how we respond.
